Mellow Foundry (the "Operator") is a creative label for selling digital creative work and sharing related creative activities. This Policy explains how information is handled through the brand website at mellowfoundry.com (the "Website") and inquiries sent to its public email contact.

Information handling in transactions through external shops or the use of individual apps introduced on this Website is separate from browsing this Website and email inquiries. Please refer to the information provided by each shop or app.

Information handling by the operational tool Mellow Foundry Scheduler is described in the separate Scheduler Privacy Policy.

2. Inquiry information and purposes of use

If you contact us by email, we use your email address, any contact details you provide in the message, and the content of your inquiry to understand and respond to it and keep records needed for that response.

You do not need to include passwords, authentication tokens or payment-card details in an inquiry email.

3. Website browsing and service providers

The Website is a static site introducing creative work and related activities. It currently does not include membership registration, on-site payments, an inquiry form, analytics scripts, advertisements or external fonts.

We use Cloudflare to serve the Website and Google Workspace to receive and reply to email. When you browse the Website or exchange email with us, these providers process information such as access information and email data to deliver and protect their services and for related purposes.

Each provider's specifications, policies and contracts also apply to its processing of information. Depending on the service, information may be processed outside Japan.

4. External shops, social platforms and apps

The Website may include links to external shops such as Etsy and BOOTH, social platforms such as Instagram, Threads and Pinterest, and related creative apps. Each service's terms and privacy policy apply to processing by that service when you browse it, use an account, make a purchase or payment, or use its other functions.

The Website currently introduces our creative work, and links to shops are being prepared. Purchases and payments are not accepted within this Website.

If the Operator receives buyer information or similar information through sales in an external shop, we will provide an explanation on this Website or the relevant shop that reflects the information actually handled and its purposes. We will distinguish the external platform's own policy from the Operator's handling of information.

5. Retention and management

Information received in inquiries is retained to the extent and for the period needed to respond, keep necessary records, meet legal requirements and address related matters. Information that is no longer needed is appropriately deleted.

We seek to manage information appropriately, including limiting access to what is necessary.

For questions, complaints or requests concerning information handled through this Website or email inquiries, including requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion, contact us below. We will confirm the information concerned and the request, verify your identity where necessary, and respond in accordance with applicable law.

If linked shops, Website functions, the information handled, its purposes or related matters change, we will update this Policy and the relevant explanations to reflect actual operations.
